They're pretty territorial.
The woodfolk have never directly interacted with the party. According to Menyareth and Angel they are close-minded territorialists, kind of dicks and keep to themselves. Obviously they have some kind of feud with the (Briar)vex and their village would have gotten attacked by the spirit of decay if the party hadn't intervened.
