Vladimir was one of the Vampire Kings during the Ytaran era, but is no longer extant. The fact that Cornello has appeared in the same timespan in which Vladimir disappeared imply that Cornello replaced him, meaning that his terriotry would have been in roughly the same position (equivalent to east Vistria and the frozen north in the Fadelands). It is rumoured that Rygax played a part in his downfall.
