The Hand of Sirius is an organisation of Sirius worshippers devoted to justice and protecting Vistria and all humanity from external threats. Like much of Vistria, though, they have an issue with those sapients who don't fall under the umbrella of "humanity", such as dwarves, gnomes and halflings. They are headquartered in the Basilica of Saint Hitomi.
Following the unpopular Deluvian-Vistrian Peace Deal, Jonasson, Earl of Hanley left to found a new, more millitant, order called The Gauntlet of Sirius, taking about 37% of the Basilica's staff and a greater proportion of the Hand's agents in the north.
