Samantha Higgins is the top artificer at The Hand of Sirius. She seems aloof, disparaging of others and racist against gnomes, but Draven insists she's a good artificer with a genuine desire to help protect her humanity and Thiswell excuses her racial views as the result of the constant state of war.
