Rollo (sp?) is a Sea Elf slave of the Deluvian Empire who is sent on diplomatic assignments. It was his task to deliver the Deluvian peace offer to the King of Vistria after the previous messenger was killed by Duke von Christoff. Sadly, the Deluvians aren't great at diplomacy, so they trained him to be a smug creep instead of being remotely charming.
