Nemondai is a South Verandian ninja and member of The Organisation. He is so skilled in stealth that even the Kua Toa cannot see him, as he can stand perfectly still while invisible. Using this power, he fights against the Deluvians deep within the Peacebond. He is also a poison expert.
While he has yet to appear in TDDC proper, a message from him to Angel was mentioned in Extras #16. He expressed support over the incident with Mahran Doraj and gave her the recipe for a posion known as Devil's Blood, made from a spleen-like organ found in Kua Toa.
