Moda is the elderly proprietor of a magic shop in Castle. She was visited by Zaheer when he was investigating Vampire King activity in the area, and helped him to discover Wormy's cult.
She is a follower of Ioun.
She has a little occult shop simple known as "Moda's Wares."
She confused Mahar with a "foul necromancer" the first time they met and attacked him with a shuriken that had a strip of paper attached to it, but because of Mahar's diplomacy he could diffuse the situation. She is very knowledgeable about the vampire kings and the Shadowfel. She is also not a hag.
