Hag was one of Kajord's Orcs. Del sent her, along with her boys (Vro, Ayn, Gort and Kuur), to intercept a group of Untor's boys carrying kidnapped Human archeologists through Gruel. She slew the Orcs and Humans, stealing an Ytaran artefact in the process, but was herself intercepted by the party as she returned through Urruk. The party easily defeated the Orcish band and, after some heated deliberation, Draven executed her for the crime of killing Humans.
Hopefully nobody ever asks Liz about her background.
