Fadeer is the more calculated spellcaster-servant of Lady Myulana. He was killed by Angel, but later revived by Black. He seems a bit overconfident and is able to make spontaneous decisions on the fly.

Mechanical

Fadeer is a very capable spellcaster, but clearly favores fog spells. He is also able to summon Fire guys and Rock minions. He is also able to transform his breath weapon into a strength drain (-6 for 4 rounds, 2 if you make the save) and I have no idea how this works mechanically.

He should also have been able to power up The Eye of Ashur, making him a theoretical decent ritual caster too.
