Envoy Lakun was the Illud envoy to Don Horatio at the time of the Ginaron incident, although by Episode 41 he has been reassigned. B'ob seems to distrust him, although due to KT dementia (and not at all because Demonac mixed up his notes), the letter he sent to Don DiCorso instead made reference to an "Envoy Olundo".

Lakun/Olundo has not appeared in TDDC in person, but his influence has been seen through his guard, Moru.
By Episode 41 he has been reassigned due to the Illud policy of not assigning agents to the surface for more than two years, and replaced by Envoy Olundo.
