Don Horatio was a Dwarven Don, whose lands contained the Ytaran facility of Ginaron. Like most of the dons, he was greedy and conniving, at one point even accusing the party of lying about the events which took place in Ginaron in order to avoid paying them their fair share of spoils.
He recieved his just desserts when the very Astral Plague he had so publically scorned claimed his life, his lands being inherited by a distant cousin who had been out of the country at the time.
