Of the two "most powerful monitors", the mysterious Deathfin Unon is the Illud one. Though he appears to have transcended monasteries, his initial training was as a Stormfin.
Fictionalized representations of Unon have appeared in a final confrontation with Deathfin Du at the end of the great work of Kua Toa literature, The Current of Teeth, and also in the last printed issue of the Hero Tale propaganda comics (which is the most rare, since the comics were cancelled before it was widely distributed).
