Banshee is a lieutenant of Lockhart.
She was once the chosen one of Ankou and a hunter of the undead, but after going through some trying times, she lost her faith in Ankou. This caused her to lose her powers and Lockhart lured her to the dark side, turning her into a twisted mockery of her former self.
